Vanessa instructs the following:

  • CG Cycle (50 min)
  • 50 minute Cycle Class

  • This class is a combination of a boot camp program including low and high intensity bursts of cardio mixed with Barre strengthening exercises. It will strengthen your deepest belly muscles, while lifting your butt, trimming your thighs, and toning your arms. It will also work on your posture muscles, so you will be standing straighter after a single session
